These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Trade GPT 3.0 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Trade GPT 3.0 platform, website (tradegpt30.co.uk), mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using Trade GPT 3.0, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To access the full functionality of Trade GPT 3.0, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

1.4 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one active Trade GPT 3.0 account. Creating multiple accounts without our express permission is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

2. Description of Services

Trade GPT 3.0 is an automated trading platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze financial markets and facilitate trading across various asset classes including cryptocurrencies, forex, stocks, and indices. The Platform provides:

Automated trade execution based on user-defined parameters
Connection to regulated broker partners for market access
Portfolio monitoring and performance tracking
Risk management tools and customizable settings
Educational resources and platform documentation

2.2 Not a Broker or Financial Institution

Important: Trade GPT 3.0 is not a broker, dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not:

Hold, manage, or have custody of your trading funds
Provide personalized investment advice or recommendations
Guarantee trading results or promise specific returns
Act as a fiduciary or have discretionary control over your account

We facilitate connections between users and regulated third-party brokers who execute trades and hold funds. All trading activity occurs through these broker partners.

2.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Trading Risks and Disclaimers

3.1 Assumption of Risk

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. By using Trade GPT 3.0, you acknowledge and accept that:

You could lose some or all of your invested capital
Past performance does not guarantee future results
Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
Automated trading does not eliminate risk
No trading system can guarantee profits

3.2 No Guarantee of Profits

Trade GPT 3.0 explicitly does not guarantee profits, returns, or successful trades. Any representation of potential returns or performance is for illustrative purposes only and should not be construed as a promise or guarantee.

3.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Understanding how automated trading works before using the Platform
Setting appropriate risk parameters based on your financial situation
Monitoring your account and trading activity
Only investing funds you can afford to lose completely
Making informed decisions about your trading

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Trade GPT 3.0 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Platform or trading systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality or security

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software

4.2 Compliance with Broker Terms

When you connect to a broker through Trade GPT 3.0, you also agree to comply with that broker's terms of service and policies. Violations of broker terms may result in account restrictions or termination.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)

To comply with regulatory requirements, we and our broker partners implement AML and KYC procedures. You agree to:

Provide accurate identification and verification documents when requested
Cooperate with verification processes
Not use the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
Report any suspicious activity

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Platform Access

Trade GPT 3.0 platform access is provided free of charge. There is no fee to create an account or use the basic Platform functionality.

5.2 Trading Fees

While the Platform itself is free, trading activities may be subject to fees charged by broker partners, including but not limited to:

Trading commissions or spreads
Deposit and withdrawal fees
Overnight holding fees (swap/rollover charges)
Currency conversion fees

These fees are determined and collected by broker partners, not by Trade GPT 3.0. You should review your broker's fee schedule before trading.

5.3 Future Fee Changes

We reserve the right to introduce fees for Platform services in the future. If we do so, we will provide advance notice and you will have the opportunity to discontinue use if you do not agree to the new fee structure.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Trade GPT 3.0 Property

All content, features, functionality, software, algorithms, designs, logos, and other materials on the Platform are owned by Trade GPT 3.0 or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial trading purposes. This license does not include any right to:

Modify, copy, or create derivative works of Platform materials
Distribute, sell, or sublicense Platform content
Use Platform materials for commercial purposes
Remove or alter proprietary notices

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Platform (feedback, support messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Trade GPT 3.0 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Results obtained from Platform use will be accurate or reliable
Defects will be corrected
The Platform will meet your specific requirements

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade GPT 3.0 and its affiliates, partners, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Trading losses or financial damages
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
Damages from third-party actions (including broker partners)
Damages from Platform unavailability or technical issues

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from Platform use shall not exceed the amount you paid to Trade GPT 3.0 in the twelve months preceding the claim (currently zero, as Platform access is free).

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade GPT 3.0 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
Your trading decisions and activities

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your Trade GPT 3.0 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination:

Your access to the Platform will be revoked
You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations
Some data may be retained as required by law (see Privacy Policy)

9.2 Termination or Suspension by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

You violate these Terms or any applicable laws
Your account shows signs of fraudulent or suspicious activity

We are not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination for valid reasons.

Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trade GPT 3.0 regarding Platform use and supersede any prior agreements.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

12.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, or failures of third-party services.
